About Sherold

I bring my years of business, consciousness and mindset training to help my clients clear mental clutter so they can bring their dreams to fruition.

I believe my strength lies in my unique combination of deep spiritual and consciousness work with practical business acumen. After training for years (700 hours) in Byron Katie’s Institute to become a facilitator, I’m a master at helping people question the limiting beliefs that create suffering—particularly around money—and transform those beliefs into tangible business and life results.

I’m a master life coach since 2010. I’ve coached hundreds of individuals and small groups. My coaching specialty is mindset, consciousness and resilience, which impact every aspect of life.

I’ll help you remove invisible mental constructs (beliefs, fears, and thoughts) that hold you back emotionally, physically, and financially from your dreams. You’ll be able to reframe your limiting beliefs to create a tangible action plan. I help my clients take action on dreams they thought were impossible. It’s never too late for your dreams!

  • I’m a two-time six-figure plus entrepreneur who started a high-tech healthcare PR firm, Extraordinary Work Group, that represented Microsoft’s Healthcare Industry Solutions Group and some of their software partners.

  • In my decade of owning a coaching business, I taught women entrepreneurs how to start online businesses and create consistent revenue.

  • I’m a life-long learner, trained in trauma courses, Jungian analysis, and study IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Terry Real’s Relational Therapy.

100-Day Visualization Project

Mark your calendar:

✦ Wednesday, April 22 / Completed

Visualization is not wishful thinking.

It’s not a vision board on a wall that you walk past without feeling anything. And it is not the same as hoping something will happen and waiting for the universe to deliver it.

It is neuroscience.

Researchers have shown that when you vividly imagine doing something — truly see it, feel it, experience it in your body — your brain activates the same neural pathways as if you were actually doing it. In one landmark study, basketball players who practiced free throws only in their minds improved nearly as much as players who practiced physically. Same neural pathways. Same results.

This is what 100 days of consistent visualization can do to a brain.

It can rewire it.

“Thanks so much for hosting the workshop on Finding Resilience in Uncertain Times. It was a joy to be able to participate in this worthwhile session.”

“My coaching sessions with Sherold began with my desire to improve how I reacted to and handled my mother. Sherold helped me manage the relationship so I felt better about myself. Creating and enforcing boundaries was the foundation, but the self-confidence I built with Sherold spilled over into my business life. Priceless! Best investment EVER!” Susan Anderson

“Sherold has been my trusted advisor and coach for years when I needed help. I’ve learned through working with her that the quickest way to change is to examine our thoughts. Sherold is a master at guiding you through this process, and, to my delight, relief, and growth, the results have been immediate. I’ve often gone from fear and frustration to freedom and peace when working with Sherold. It’s a no-brainer to work with her if you’re ready to level up in any area of your life.” Natasha Lakos

“You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.”

To solve a problem, you must first see it clearly, question whether it’s true, and then reframe it.
