Oh that's so good! In IFS, we all have parts, and as Richard Swartz, founder, says, there are no bad parts. All parts of us are innocent. They protect us from more trauma. I've actually considered going into Level 1 IFS training because I love it so much.
Brad - I also study IFS with Frank Anderson, MD, and Dr. Lissa Rankin in addition to completing two years of counseling. In the sense of connecting with the Self, it is similar. What do you think?
