It’s interesting how quickly the mind can drag you into that maze you described. Having a few go-to steps to interrupt the spiral makes a big difference, even if they’re simple. The allow–welcome–release sequence is something I’m trying to practice more often instead of fighting whatever’s there. Movement helps too, so I like seeing that part included.
